Last Friday, I finally went to Mrs. Fields! Had been planning it for quite some time, but didn’t get a chance until this week.
So primarily there are two reasons why I really wanted to go “visit” the missus.
1. If my sweet tooth could talk, it would probably demand me to go ;P
2. I miss Mrs. Fields! Back in my high school day, Blok M Plaza would be on the top of our list, just because we want to get our hands on them muffins & cookies!
The menu already made me panicked. There are just too many to choose from! So then I decided to take alook at their display. Didn’t help – ended up wanting to buy everything! Seriously, how could you choose when you are presented with this many muffins, cookies, and brownies?
But of course, this isn’t an ideal world, so I had to make a choice. Went for the chocolate melted turtle, mainly because of the description here
Too bad they ran out of vanilla ice cream, but chocolate on chocolate turned out to be NOT BAD AT ALL! I love it! The brownie was so good, a bit chewy, which I like. And the choco fudge at the bottom, delish! Next time I think I’ll add an extra brownie and skip the whipped cream, and have it with vanilla ice cream. The price is okay as well. I mean, at Haagen Dazs/BaskinRobbins, 29K won’t even get you a scoop of ice cream, right?
Also tried the oatmeal raisin cookie, loved it! I like that they have nibbler size, so we can mix and match 5 cookies for 15K. But I’d much rather spend my money on the turtle again vs 10 cookies ^^
Mrs. Fields is located at Gandaria City, 2nd Floor
If you take the elevator near Lotte Mart, you can see it straight away once you step out of the doors.
